She was born on November 3, 1941 in Memphis, TN to Edwin and Emma Clark.
She married Ronald Dale Abbott on June 28, 1958 and together they have
three children. She was a loving wife and mother with a special way of
making everyone feel welcomed and loved. Her greatest joy was spending
time with her family, especially children. Her patient way of listening and observing
often let to uncanny insights into the feelings of others that others of us did not see.
She leaves her husband of 59 years Ronald Dale Abbott, her children Rick
(Carol) Abbott, Kevin (Kandis) Abbott, and Cherrie Davis; 6
grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 5 sisters, 3 brothers, and a host
of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and June bug, the horse. She is
preceded in death by 1 grandchild and 2 sisters.
She will be missed by many.
