Graveside Service: 12:45pm Monday, March 28, 2011 in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, with military honors.

Sidney was born October 17, 1925 in Detroit, MI, the son of Sidney and Bertha May King. He served in the US Navy during WWII and was honorably discharged in 1946. He built a career with General Motors and retired after 25 years in 1980. We will miss his sense of humor, quick wit and great smile.
Survivors: Loving wife of 59 years, Joy; daughters, Debra Craft (Rick) of Ovilla, Sandy Love (Bill) of Coppell, and Linda Alphin (James) of Arlington; son, Steven King (Theresa) of McKinney; grandchildren, Kevin, Eric, Britni, Jordan, Courtney, Wesley and Danielle; and great grand children, Nina and Bentlie.
