

February 17th, 1932 – December 1st, 2023
Silvina Agustin Eral, “Sibing” was born on February 17th, 1932, to Francisco Maslong Agustin and Margarita Somera Vaquilar in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. She peacefully left this world on December 1st, 2023, at the age of 91.
In 1957, Silvina married Bernard O. Eral in San Jose City, N.E. Philippines and from 1963 to 2006, raised seven children on Guam - Juditha, Narcisa, Bernard Jr, Anita, Margarette, Gilbert, and Darlene.
Silvina worked for the United States Air Force, Civil Service at Anderson Air Force Base (Yigo, Guam) for 30 years from 1971 and retiring in 2001. She was an active member of the NCS Community Association and a passionate volunteer for the Guam Election Commission before moving and settling in Grand Prairie, Texas. Silvina loved sewing, singing, dancing, shopping, gardening, and most passionately, travelling. She was a devout patriot to the United States of America and enjoying her favorite movies and TV shows - The Wizard of Oz, Sound of Music, The Cutting Edge, The Wedding Date, Braveheart, and Friends.
Silvina will join many loved ones waiting for her - Husband (Bernard Sr), her grandparents (Eulalio and Cirila Vaquilar), parents (Francisco and Margarita Agustin), her sister (Rolita), Brothers (Napoleon, Benjamin), and Grandchild, Akea (Margarette). She is survived by her Children: Juditha Eral Snyder (Daniel), Narcisa Eral, Bernard Eral Jr, Anita Eral-Thompson (LeRoy), Margarette McMillan (Doug), Gilbert Eral (Michelle) and Darlene Loo (Daniel). Grandchildren (17): Marie, Andrew (Natalie), Jennifer, Matthew, Lowell-Jay, Nowell-Jon (Tara), Corey, Terrell, Liana (Mark), Martina, Chanielle, Kaleo, Sabrina (Brian), Kane, Kalani Jr (Kayla), Kayli and Phoenix. Great Grandchildren (7): Laci, Kenna, Isla, Liam (Andrew), Jesper (Nowell-Jon), Emily (Kaleo), Augustus (Liana), many cousins, nieces, nephews and extended families and friends, Agustin Family, Iral Family, Batangan family, Bagiac Family, Carreon family, McCluskey family, Norcutt family.
Special Thank You: Loving and heartfelt gratitude to many whom cared for Sibing. Dr. Vijay Sharma, MD for the many years of specialized primary healthcare. Dr. Tariq Hendawi, MD for treating her knees. Dr. Ramarao Lankipalli, MD and Dr. Abraham Jacob for caring for her heart as her cardiologists. To all the wonderful Doctors, Physicians, PA’s, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nursing Technicians, Hospital Food Services, Goodwill, The Salvation Army, Marriott International, Encore Global and the Mission Heart Hospice team for the attentiveness and loving care felt by Sibing. Nightly Rosary Prayers will tentatively begin on December 13th, at Santa Barbara Church, Dededo Guam, lower level at 6pm through Thursday, December 21st.
Tentatively, final Respects and Public Viewing will be at Santa Barbara Church, upper level, from 9a-11a on Friday, December 22nd, with mass beginning immediately after viewing. A Christian Burial will take place at Guam Memorial Park following the mass.
