Susan was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Naomi Lee Jones (Dave Hoffman); her father, Charles L. Chalupa Sr. (Delores); and her brothers, Michael A. Chalupa and Robert P. Chalupa.
She is survived by her brothers, Charles L. Chalupa Jr., Curtis W. Chalupa (Debra), and Brian L. Hoffman, along with extended family members and those who knew and cared for her.
Susan will be remembered by her family and friends, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.
