Tommy L. Banks passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014, in Arlington, TX. He was loved by all who knew him. He was survived by: loving wife, Della Banks; 4 step children; brother, Bill Banks of Dallas, TX; sister, Zelda Fruzia of Houston, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.
