

William (Billy) Pippin 66 passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at his sister's home in Arlington, Texas. He was born March 16, 1956 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Gerald and Mary Pippin. He graduated from Lakeview High School in 1976. He worked one summer with his dad on a Seismic crew while he was in school. He went to work for Sea Arrow Marina in San Angelo, Texas and was there for many years. He also worked for C & D Truck Service in Kennedale, Texas where he was Vice President and Shop Manager. In his youth he spent summers in Australia where he loved crab hunting with his dad and spending time on the beach with his family. He loved Vegas, fishing, playing pranks on you and spending time with his boys and family. He was always there if you needed him.
William is preceded in death by his parents Gerald Wallace Pippin and Mary Martha Smith Pippin, his son Christopher Alexander Pippin, his nephew William Edward Necessary, brother-in-law Bobby Garcia, and great-niece Amber Nicole Karr.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son William Ervin Pippin Jr. of San Angelo, Texas, His brother Jerry and Susie Pippin of Midland, Texas, his sister Mary Anna Garcia of Louisville, Kentucky, his sister Cora Lenna and Darrell Rogers of Arlington, Texas, two granddaughters, Katherine and Klarissa Pippin of Arizona as well as numerous nephews and nieces, cousins, great nephews and nieces and uncles and aunts.
A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday May 8, 2022, at Harper Funeral Home in San Angelo, Texas.
