Annina J. Tucci, 97 years, died on Sunday, June 12, 2016, with her daughter and son in law by her side, in Arlington, VA. She was born, May 20, 1919 in New York to the late Gabriella and Carmine Schiaffo. She lived in New York until 1986 when she moved to Boca Raton, Florida. She spent the last few years of her long life in Arlington, Virginia. Annina enjoyed singing in a choral group, dancing and playing bridge in numerous tournaments, coming in first place many times. She was also a talented seamstress. Annina is survived by her daughter, Mary Engoglia, Mary’s husband James, daughter in law, Lucia Tucci DiPalo, grandsons John Tucci and Vincent Tucci and their spouses Claudine and Judy and great granddaughter Alexa Tucci.
