Charles “Chuck” Richard Ebert, 69, Mr. Ebert is the son of the late Frank Edward Ebert Sr. and Rubyet Ebert (English), was born on November 20th, 1950 in Washington D.C.
He was United in Holy Matrimony to Pamela Ebert (Hess) on November 23rd, 1985. This union was blessed with 2 sons. Christopher Ebert who preceded him in death on February 13th, 1985 and Charles “Chuckie” William Ebert who was born on January 18th, 1988.
Mr. Ebert was a graduate of Washington Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia. He was a member of the United States Military. He is a Vietnam Veteran with the Army. He served his Country from October 1st, 1969 until May 3rd, 1972. Mr. Ebert retired in 2015 from the Department of Treasury Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
He departed his life on July 23rd, 2020 at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia. After a short battle with Cancer. His generous spirit and reserved personality were loved by many. He is preceded in death by 2 of this brothers, Frank Edward Ebert Jr. and Mark Anthony Ebert. His Nephew Paris Aaron Ebert and Great-Nephew William Thomas Ebert Jr. He is survived by his 4 sisters Venida J. Ebert (Titusville, FL), Bonnie C. Kay (Deltona, FL), Joan Gray (Falls Church, VA), Joanne M. Ebert (Deltona, FL) 1 brother William P. Ebert (Titusville, FL). He is survived by 3 nieces and 6 nephews. His loving life will always be cherished by a host of friends and family.
His services will be held this Friday July 31st, 2020. The visitation will take place from 9:00 to 11:00 am, will be followed by a celebration of life at Murphy’s Funeral Homes 4510 Wilson Blvd Arlington, VA 22203.
