

Craig M. Crenshaw Jr. (Age 70) passed away February 3, 2014, in Arlington, VA. Born November 5, 1943 to Dr. Craig M. Crenshaw Sr., Chief Scientist U.S. Army Materiel Command, and Florence Wade Crenshaw in Long Branch, NJ.
Craig worked in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice for more than 20 yrs. He graduated from St. John's College High School in 1961. Graduated with a BA in History from La Salle University, 1965; and received his Law Degree, ranked 1st in Class of 1969, from St. Louis University, School of Law. He served in the Peace Corps from 1971-1974 Group 3 in Samoa as an attorney and acting Attorney General with the Attorney General's Office.
While in Samoa he fell in love and married Peka Laban To'omalatai. Loving father to Lisa, Clint, Jackie, James and stepson Harry. Beloved Grandad to Peter, DJ, Craig B, Siaki, Anna, Alex, Craig W, George, Allan, Simon, Isabella, Clint and Teuila. Survived by his brothers Bill and Dave, Aunt Barbara, Cousins, Nephews and Nieces.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Autism Charity, Senese, that provides therapy to his grandson. Donations can be given to Lisa at the services.
A viewing will be held 5-9pm Friday and service at 3pm Saturday at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd, Arlington.
