She was born on May 27, 1954, in Nicosia, Cyprus, to the late Arthur John and Nathalie Frances Runyon. She was also predeceased by her aunts, Helen Howard Craven Cameron and Mary Huntting Runyon Obaidy.
Isabel grew up in Cheltenham, England, before moving to the United States in 1968. She graduated from Oldfields School in Glencoe, Maryland.
Although she was never married, Isabel lived a life enriched by her interests and contributions. She volunteered her time to various causes and enjoyed creative pursuits, including painting and crocheting.
She is survived by her brother, Charles, and his wife, Kathryn; her nephew, Timothy; her niece, Stephanie; and her cousins, Betsy, Holly, and Dorie Cameron.
Isabel was deeply appreciative of the care and kindness she received at Mary Marshall Assisted Living Residence in Arlington, Virginia.
