She is preceded in death by loving husband, Ernest "Buddy" Grove.
Laura is survived by her children, Douglas B. Grove (Linda) and Cathy G. Benner; grandchildren, Laura, Robert and Thomas Frossard; great-grandchildren, Bryce Fargo, Jaxon Grant, Carlie Craft and Abram Benner.
Laura worked as an executive administrative assistant for Arlington County Public Schools for over 30 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and "Mimi" who spent hours on baseball fields cheering on her son, grandsons and great-grandsons (as well as her Nationals). Her quick wit, loving nature and inherent goodness endeared her to her many friends.
A private burial will take place at Panorama Memorial Gardens, Strasburg, VA.
