Formerly of Falls Church, VA passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Dale Whelchel; loving mother of Patricia W. Fay, loving grandmother of Heather Phillips and her husband Chris, Teresa and Sabrina Fay; loving great-grandmother of Sophia Fay, Kelsey and Mason Phillips. Also surviving is a host of family and friends.
