Born on September 28, 1941, to Lenora Miller Winebrenner and George Miller, Norma lived a full and meaningful life enriched by simple joys and deep connections. She found beauty in the world around her—whether through long walks, swimming, painting, or her love of flowers and birds. Norma cherished time spent with close friends, especially enjoying lunches, art shows, and live music.
She was a dedicated and hardworking employee at Amtrak for many years, retiring on October 28, 2011. Her work ethic and warmth left a lasting impression on those she worked with.
Norma is preceded in death by her father George Miller, mother Lenora Miller Winebrenner, sister Patricia Ellen Linthicum, her beloved son Alexander James Oroszi III, and grandson Jason Alexander Oroszi.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law Elsie Autry; grandson Jeremy James Oroszi (Stephany); granddaughter Summer Oroszi (Jason); great-grandchildren Justin, Layla, Olivia, Levi, and Oaklyn; along with nieces, nephews, and several cherished grand-pups.
A celebration of Norma’s life will be held in September 2025.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Friday Morning Music Club, a cause dear to her heart.
