Mr. Oscar Villalba Perez

Oscar Villalba Perez born 12/18/38 son of Justo Ramon Villalba and Bienvenida Perez Aquino both deceased, peacefully passed away in the wee hours of the morning on Friday, December 4, 2015, Oscar Villalba Perez resided in Arlington, VA but was born in Asuncion, Paraguay raised in Tacumbu Paraguay also resided in Barrio Obrero and in Argentina. Was employed by Rosenthal Glass, Inc in MD from 1986 until he retired in 2005. He was preceded in death by loving daughters Maria Teresa "Techi" and Maria Lourdes "Loury" He is survived by beloved friend and Mother of their children Elba Barrios. He leaves behind grandaughters Elizabeth Ann, Penelope Lourdes. Grandson Luis Fabio and one nephew here in USA Michael Odilon. He is also survived by his sisters lovingly known as Ana, Sergia, Ramona, Tesoro, Simi, Perse, Tita and brother Mario (deceased). He will be missed by many nieces and nephews in Paraguay Mario, Rodolfo, Wali, Lourdes, Tania, Juana, Juan Angelus, Juancho, Antonio, Justo, Sady, Griselda, Pedro, Ida, Mercedes, Misahela and many more. Close friends Juan, Nelly and Victor. Extended family Prudencia, Habacuc, Mercedes, Carlos, Teresa, Carlitos and a host of many more here in USA, in Paraguay and in Argentina. Friends and acquaintances are invited to a viewing on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 6 to 8pm at Murphys Funeral Home at 4510 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203 (703)522-1441. A funeral service will be held the following day at St. Ann Catholic Church at 5300 10th ST N, Arlington, VA 22205 (703)528-6276.
