An Old Post Chapel service for Phillip will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM located at 101 Lee Ave. on Ft. Myer Base. Immediately following, a graveside service will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Arlington National Cemetery. (1 Memorial Ave, Arlington, VA 22211)
