Sheldon Knight Hooper

Sheldon Knight Hooper died at his home in Arlington on March 15, 2021. He was 66. Sheldon was predeceased by his parents, Charles Hooper, Jr. and Elizabeth Gundry Hooper, and an older brother, Charles Hooper, III. He is survived by an uncle, John R. Gundry, of Seaford, Delaware, and several cousins. Sheldon had lived in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and also lived for many years in Vermont, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Automotive Engineering. Sheldon was quiet, kindhearted and generous. Please remember him with a kind word or a helping hand to someone in need, or with a contribution to a charity of your choice. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held when public health conditions permit.
