AÑADIR UN RECUERDO

I remember Al from my Early Recovery day's back in 1994. Al used to go out to Cedar Hills Treatment Center to carry the message of Recovery with Chat Winners Group from the 1504 Club.
After leaving treatment I walked up the stairs at the smoke filled 1504 Club and there he was Al! He was so loving and welcoming. A couple of weeks had passed and I was at the 1504 Club and Al was there and he asked if I would take a counter shift or two. Me being so new I was apprehensive about saying yes. He must have picked up on my hesitation so he said I'll be right back. He left about 10 min later he came back and he said let me see you're hand and I said ok he pulled out a bubble gum machine ring and gently said you are now officially married to the 1504 Club and here's the keys... I remained married to the 1504 Club until the doors closed.
Rest in Paradise Al. Gone but NEVER FORGOTTEN.
Love Silvia
