Carolyn Ruby (nee Floyd) passed away peacefully at home on May 10, 2014 at the age of 72. Loving daughter of the late Edd and Ruth Floyd. Beloved wife of Clindon "Toby" Ruby. Adoring mother of Karen (the late Martin) Stewart and Kelly (David) Conn. Grandmother of Joshua and Heather Stewart, Danielle (Brian) Berg and Justin Conn. Great grandmother of Gwen and Iris Stewart. Sister of Mae Schmidt, Gladys Garrett, Bonnie (Tom) Stockton, Janet Floyd, Alice Shelby, Richard (Donna) Floyd, Jimmy (Marylea) Floyd and Ronnie (Pat) Floyd. Preceded in death by sisters Barbara , Peggy and Betty and brothers Jerry and Michael Floyd. Sister-in-law of Linda (Rich) White, Faye (Perry) Holley, Sharon Thompson and Jeannie (Don) Foster.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson's Disease Association appreciated.
