Charles J. Wilbanks of High Ridge, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Phoebe B. Wilbanks (nee Genova). Loving father of Jacquelyn L. (Paul) Gerhardt, Priscilla Y. Wilbanks and Damaris R. (Darrell) Mounce. Dearest grandfather of Jenna, Christa, Laura, Jasmine, Charles and Christopher and great grandfather of Zander and Zaide. Dear brother of the late Dorothy Braga and Elmer Wilbanks. Our dear uncle and friend to many.
