Hunter, Elva J. (nee Stanley) Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Wife of the late Bill Hunter; loving mother of Patsy (Herman) Jett, Lynda (Eric) Steger, Nancy (Gary) Douglass, Sandy (Ron) Hagen, Amy Sherlinski and the late Ronny and Lou Hunter. Sister of Bob Johnston and the late Martha Keeling; dear grandmother of 15, great grandmother of 20 and great great grandmother of 2; mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and dear friend to many.
Elva was a longtime member of the Lindenwood Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015, 4-8:00 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. 63010. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 10:30 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
