Ernest F. "Ernie" Buchanan, age 86 of Imperial, Missouri died at his home on Thursday, February 7th, 2013. Born September 2, 1926 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was the son of the Ernest Buchanan and Lula (nee Revelle) Anderson Buchanan; dear husband of Junetta "Pete" Buchanan (nee Mabry); dear father of Patricia D. (Gary) Girard and Richard E. Buchanan; grandfather of Todd, Garrett, Chase and the late Jo'nnett Girard, Josh and Nina Buchanan; great-grandfather of 6. Ernie was a retired supervisor for the Cupples Manufacturing Company.
Services: Funeral service Friday, february 15, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Boulevard, Arnold, Missouri. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
