To friends and family:

Bud or who I know him as, my grandpa,
was the sweetest, most caring sole I have ever known. He showed me what it was like to enjoy the simple times and to just take a deep breath and enjoy Gods creation . We would frequently meet and go out to eat, or we would sit on his couch and watch old western movies he loved to show me. Or simply just go on hour long car rides.
During our time we would laugh and stroll around the Barnhart/Herculaneum area. He loved to tell me stories about his sons and especially his wife. I could tell he loved them so so much because when I looked at him while he was talking, he had the biggest grin on his face and he was full of such light. Other than him sharing his beautiful stories about his family (and the occasional “you don’t know how good you have it”) we were always laughing up a storm and spending quality time with eachother💙 I will never forget our drives together, eating out at the “chinamen place” as he liked to call it, and just hearing you call me beautiful each time you saw me... I love you so so much Bud and you were the best Grandpa I could have ever asked for.. I know you are so much happier now in Heaven with your wife and your kids and you will forever look over the ones you cared about💙 I’m sorry I didn’t get to see you more but I promise I will make you proud.
