James D. Gherardini, of Barnhart, MO passed away on Tuesday February 3, 2026. He was born on January 15, 1948 in St. Louis, MO to the late Samuel D. and Felicia Alene (nee Corwin) Gherardini; loving father of Stacy (David) Laws, Chris (Danielle) Gherardini, Nick (Heather) Terry and Bobbi Terry (Angie Duetsch); loving grandfather of Gina (Nick) Gherardini, Dominic Gherardini, Kieran (Theresa) Laws, Cassie (Tyler) Austin, Trey (Alli) Terry, Seth Terry, Bayleigh Windholz, Zak Windholz, Mavrik Deutsch-Terry and Libby Deutsch-Terry; great grandfather of Lilly Austin, Kenadie Austin, Kent Austin, Carter Laws and Kaiden Laws; dear brother of Jeanne (Gene) Praul.
Visitation will be held on Friday February 6, 2026 from 4-8 pm at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO. There will be no funeral services at this time. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in James's Honor may be made to the Stray Resue.
