Joan Elizabeth Falcetti, 82 of Jackson, formerly of Imperial, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Villas of Jackson. She was born June 7, 1942 in Arcadia, Missouri to Lando and Arminta Bird. She and Richard “Dick” Falcetti were married July 14, 1962, in Imperial, Missouri. They had been married 53 years when Dick passed away November 16, 2015.
Joan was a graduate of Ironton High School in Ironton, Missouri, and a longtime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Arnold, Missouri. Joan enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, sitting on her porch, going to the lake, and listening to music.
Loving survivors include three children, Becky (John) Howard of Huntersville, North Carolina; Amy (Mike) Beussink of Jackson, Missouri; Scott (Lisa) Falcetti of Sunset Hills, Missouri; grandchildren: Margaret (Emily) Howard; Lexi (Hunter) Williams; Addie (Jeff) Womack; Ian Howard; Blake Howard; Colby (Sara) Beussink; Elise Falcetti; Camden Falcetti; three great-grandchildren: Lee, June, and Blaire; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and nine siblings.
SERVICES: A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4 pm until time of service at 6pm, Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1801 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. 63010. The Rev. Karen Kitchen will conduct a Memorial Service at 6 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Private inurnment will be later at Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates memorial contributions to the Villas of Jackson.
