John is survived by his wife, Vivian Grindell (nee Worthy); son John (Stacy) Grindell; and son James (Amy) Grindell; grandchildren Brendan Grindell, Connor Grindell, Megan Grindell, Jayden Grindell, Ava Grindell, Ella Grindell, Jacob Grindell and Jeff Grindell.
John was preceded in death by; father James Grindell and mother Lena Merlo; brother Lawrence Grindell.
