Virgie Adel Schierhoff (nee Hearst) passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Charles A. Schierhoff; dear daughter of the late Everett and Mabel (nee Fry) Hearst; loving mother of Ruth A. (Dennis) Coaley, Charles B. (Jo) Schierhoff, James A. (Cathy) Schierhoff and the late Kenneth P. Schierhoff and an infant daughter. dear sister of Vernita Ryan, Velma Dawkins, Patrick (Charlotte) Hearst and the late Emmet Hearst, Everett Hearst and Charles Hearst; mother-in-law of the late Glenda Schierhoff and Sandra Schierhoff; loving grandma of Darrin Schierhoff, Tamera Adams, Kenneth Schierhoff, Jeremy Schierhoff, Lisa Gillespie, Steven Crump, Kyle Schierhoff, Jeffrey Crump, and Nicholas Schierhoff; great grandma of 22, great great grandma of 4, and also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Virgie worked for Fox High School for many years.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 4-8 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home 1081 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO. Funeral service to be conducted on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home Chapel. Interment National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, MO.
