I will forever miss you my friend. You were such a great person. You always were helping me and others when asked. I will be lost without your daily wisdom and the knowledge you gave me. I see you everyday when I walk into the new kitchen we were working on. I'm so sorry you'll have to look down upon me and see it when it's finally finished. I wish you were here. Missing you. I was so hoping you could meet Cindy and the little ones. I appreciate and am thankful for you and your wife introducing me too her. I will do my best to help your wife with the cars and whatever else she needs assistance with. I promised you that. Heaven now has a great person. I hope I'm able to see you again one day my friend. Bill was a great friend who just happed to be my customer at St Charles Nissan. He would always stop by and visit with me when he was in for service, and he would always call me and refer a customer to me. What really stood out about Bill was his kindness and wilingness to share his life stories and his trips taken to the Carndinals Winter Warm-ups. He would always have the Cardinals magazine sent to me each year, and I would share them with my niece who lives in Florida, and is a huge Cards fan. So family, please remember all the good times you had with him, and I will always remember him as the great guy he was, who just happened to be my customer. I will keep you guys in my prayers. So sorry for your loss. He was truly a great friend. He was a great teacher, husband and father. He will truly be missed. I will miss our Saturday and or Sunday breakfast at his favorite spot. I'll miss his long talks and stories about his experiences in th Air Force and how he met his wife and also how Tanya got her name. Our car repair days and house repairs will be missed. You were family and I love you man and I miss you.  Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family. Thank you and your wife for introducing me to Cindy. I'm so sorry you won't get to meet her and your nephews but I will take care of them. Heaven has a great person in you. I'm sorry you had to go so soon. We'll meet again some day my friend. We extend our deepest condolences to Bill Fields' family and loved ones on behalf of the St. Charles Adult and Community Education program. Bill has been our HVAC instructor since 2015, teaching and serving over 185 students during his tenure. In our eyes, Bill was family. He loved us, and we loved him.

Bill's influence on our HVAC program was profound, especially during challenging economic times and the pandemic. His unwavering dedication and moral character have set a standard for us to follow. Bill's respect and care for everyone, his lack of complaints even when justified, and the consistent positive feedback from his students and our staff speak volumes about his professional integrity.

We are deeply saddened by Bill's passing. His absence will be felt more than words can express. He was not just an exceptional instructor but a remarkable person. Bill's legacy will continue to inspire us all.
