Betty loved gardening and growing flowers. She enjoyed spending time with her cats, Damion and Isabell; and her dogs, Matilda and Gracie. Being a Nana was her favorite role.
She is survived by her children, Earl Key (Sheri) and Sharon Coover; grandchildren, Amanda, Elizabeth, Lindsey, and Courtney; and great-grandchildren, Julia, Cameron, and Preston.
A graveside service will take place at 10am on Monday, May 3, 2021, at Westhampton Memorial Park, 10000 Patterson Ave., Richmond, VA 23238.
