He was preceded in death by his parents, V.T. and Voncile Cooper; and a brother, Stanley Cooper.
Page worked as a Risk Manager for Media General and he liked to play tennis and golf, and was a Air Force Veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carolyn Nossett Cooper; his daughters, Cynthia Stipe; Claudia Itzkowitz (Fred), and Donna Throckmorton; grandchildren, Jessica Buchan (Phillip), Jeremy Stipe, Phillip and Michael Itzkowitz (Brittney), Austin and Kristie Throckmorton; great-grandson, Parker Itzkowitz and a great-granddaughter on the way, Emerson Itzkowitz.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to Wounded Warriors.
