Frances Mitchell Lowery

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Noble E. Lowery, John P. Negra, John Edward Mitchell; sisters, Mary Bell Epps, Phyllis Mastin; brothers, Junior Seay, Jim Seay, Lloyd Seay, and George Seay.

Frances worked as a hairdresser and was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Patricia M. Cowell (Bob), John E. Mitchell, Jr. (Barbara), Jerry D. Mitchell; grandchildren, D. Burton Crabtree, Shannon T. Crabtree (Carla), Robert B. Cowell, Jr. (Kristin), Heather C. Mitchell, Hunter E. Mitchell (Amanda); great grandchildren, Branden Crabtree, Zachary Crabtree, Cameron Crabtree, Camden Crabtree, Caroline Crabtree, Kinsley Cowell, Rylen Cowell; sisters, Jane Chenault, Clara Cauley; brothers, Aubrey Seay, Walter Seay, Ernest Seay, and Gayle Seay.

Frances will be laid to rest in Concord Baptist Church cemetery with private services due to COVID-19 safety precautions.
