Mary Franklin Fulghum-Palmer

Mary Franklin Fulghum-Palmer, 72, passed away on March 27, 2018 at Spring Arbor of Richmond. She was a retired school teacher of Henrico County and taught Biology at Hermitage High School. She loved to quilt and was a member of Country School in Montpelier, VA. She was a member of Widowed Persons Service of Richmond. She was preceded in death by her husband, Seaton B. Fulghum. She is survived by her husband, James Frederick Palmer and 2 sons, Mark Fulghum and wife, Cheryl and Andrew Fulghum and his wife, Sandy, all of Midlothian. Mary Franklin is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Rachel, Carter, Jessica, Nathan, Mathew, and Alysa Heinz and Cameron Fulghum. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 11am at Fork Church, 12566 Old Ridge Road, Doswell, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Fork Church in Mary Franklin's honor. Online condolences may be registered at www.nelsenashland.com.
