Mary Louise Noble

Noble, Mary Louise Harty Douglas, 87, a child of the Father went home on June 20, 2016. Our sweet Mary was the daughter of the late Ambris Charles Edward Harty and Claudia Millie Stephens. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Faye Douglas and a son, John Edward Douglas. She is survived by three daughters, Mary Yvonne Hartman, Carmen Louise (Bob) Giggey and Helen (Frank) Dow. She has a surviving brother, Charles (Sally) Harty from Marco Island, FL. She joined her siblings, Thelma, Evelyn, Norma, Faye, Irene and Eddy . Her grandchildren are Susan (Glenn) Dunaway, Vicki Kaline, Leon Griffin, Charles Hayes, Robert (Wendi) Prine, William (Sundi) Prine, James (Andrea) Bowen, Joshua Dow and Zachary Dow. She also has numerous great grandchildren and a couple great, great grandchildren. Born in Missouri and raised in Santa Ana, California. Mary had an unshaken faith in God and lived each day in His favor. She would often joyfully say that she has had a good life and she knows where she is going. “Don’t weep for me”, she would say. We will miss you, Mom. A celebration of life service will be at 2 pm on Saturday, June 25 at Ashland Christian Family Life Center at 12230 Maple Street in Ashland, VA.
