Howell, Ruth Olivia, 91, of Ladysmith, peacefully went to be with the Lord on October 5, 2016. She was the late daughter of Millard and Bonnie Howell; she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter James Howell; and 8 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Martin; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. A service will be held at 3pm on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Signal Hill Memorial Park, Hanover, VA.
