She died peacefully at her home. She is preceded in death by her husband Clifford Mercer Burruss(Mouse).
She is survived by two sons, John Mercer Burruss (Judy) and Andrew Hank Burruss (Elizabeth Pittman).
She also leaves two grandchildren, Alex Burruss and Anna-Marie Burruss (Lenny Buscemi). Virginia had many friends, two of which were very close, Nancy Wilkerson and Martha Ingersoll. Virginia will be greatly missed by all.
A private service will be held for the family.
