

Ellen was predeceased by her husband, Andrew; her parents Christina and William Kaufman; siblings Sonny (Thelma), Don (Marg), and Joyce (Walter) Leurer; mother-in-law Mary Albers; in-laws Tony, Elie (Doris), Henry (Phil), Herman (Rose), Katie Gosselin, Terry Albers; and sons-in-law Howard Enns and Gregory Filion.
Ellen is survived by her children Bernard (Denise) Albers, Sherry Enns, Donald (Theresa) Albers, and Debra (Lance) Petersen; sister-in-law Margaret Albers; brothers-in-law Father Leonard Albers and Fess (Frances) Albers; grandchildren Christine (Jeff) Tkachuk, Pam Albers, Andrew Albers; Sandra Enns, Steven (Danielle) Enns, Michael Enns; Chassity (Robert) Kincaid, Shawna (John) Britton; Nicole Nyhus, Barry Filion, Josh Filion; great-grandchildren Emily and Elisabeth Nyhus; Alex and Matthew Tkachuk; and Emma Kincaid as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Ellen was born December 26th, 1925 in Bengough. She married Andy Albers in 1949 and they enjoyed many years on the farm until they retired to Bengough in 1983. Ellen enjoyed gardening, reading, quilting, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles. She was a 4-H leader for many years, a long time member of the CWL and in recent years joined the Bengough Quilters.
