Glenn Donil Swanson

Predeceased by his wife of 72 years, Dorothy (nee Siggelkow); his parents William and Catherine Swanson; grandson Stuart Lanoie; sister Barbara (Bennett) Osburn and brother Willie (Sadie).

Glenn is survived by his three children: Valda (Jim) Dean of Lisieux, Glenda (Ken) Bemister of Vancouver, and Darrell (Marilou Travland) of Rockglen; grandchildren: Geraldene (Justin) Fuhrmann, Erin (Luke) Moore, Ian (Klara) Bemister and Chris (Nina) Bemister; great-grandchildren Shelby and Mandy Fuhrmann, Taylor and Reese Moore, Kayden, Brooke, Justin, Dominik and Adam Bemister and Mason and Olivia Bemister; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 am in the Rockglen Community Hall, Rockglen, SK. Donations in Glenn’s memory may be made to the Grasslands Health Centre for entertainment and music.
