Lhea Dawn Nycci Kaczmarski passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, at the age of 71, under the compassionate care of the staff at the Hospice at Glengarda and with the support of her caring cousin and friend, Lisa Sorsdahl.

Lhea was predeceased by her parents, Gladys Kaczmarski and Victor Kaczmarski.

She is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Blaine (Angela) Kaczmarski and Murray (Marilyn) Kaczmarski; her nephews, Harley (Kelly) Kaczmarski, Tim Kaczmarski, Dan (Theresa) Kaczmarski, and her niece Katie (Ryan) Buczulak. She will also be dearly missed by her great-niece Brea and great-nephews Brendan, Eli, Colin, and Grayson.

Lhea will also be remembered by the many friends she made throughout her life in Saskatoon, whose lives were touched by her kindness and companionship.

After retiring, Lhea enjoyed spending her time walking, swimming, golfing, and sharing moments with friends and family. She fulfilled a longtime dream when she travelled to Hawaii, a trip she enjoyed immensely. Lhea also loved attending plays and concerts. One of her favourite musicians was Elton John, and she attended many of his concerts over the years.

Lhea will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Rockglen Community Hall with Interment to follow at the Rockglen Cemetery.

There are not enough words to express the deep gratitude felt by Lhea and her family for all the special care she has received throughout her hard-fought battle.
