To the Kilthau Family, so sorry for your loss, you are in our thoughts and prayers at this time! Bob was a mentor to me in my early years with the NYS Conservation Department on Long Island,we had many enjoyable times working together. Years later I had the opportunity to work for him as a Lieutenant when he was the Region 6 Captain in Watertown, NY. When he retired I was named as his replacement,certainly a proud moment for my family and I.
Rest in peace my friend ,fair winds and following seas as you navigate to the great beyond!
