Mr. Kirby was born October 20, 1951 to Morris Kirby and Geneva Ridgeway Kirby.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Juanita Romine.
Mr. Kirby was a member of Jones Road Church of Christ. He served in the U.S. Airforce.
He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Kirby of 49 years, mother-in-law Exie Pepper, one brother Douglas Kirby (Mary) all of Athens, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 11, 2024 at McConnell Funeral Home from 12:00-2:00P.M.
Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 P.M., with Brother Jonathan Reeder officiating at McConnell Memorial Chapel.
Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be James Hough, Tony Richter, Dennis Perry, Daryl Turner, Wade Pepper, and Grant Pepper.
