Mr. Wiggins was born August 2, 1966 in Madison County to Robert B. Wiggins, Jr. and Mary Pollard Wiggins.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Wiggins, his wife, DeLisa Wiggins, one son, Steven Winton, four daughters, Katie, Melody, Ashley, and Nikki Wiggins, two grandchildren, Majaiden and Steven Andrew Winton, one brother, Randal Wiggins, one sister, Karen Swanner, two nephews, Aiden and Austin Swanner, three nieces, Hayley, Allison, and Sara Wiggins.
There will be a graveside service Friday, April 24 at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 23 from 5-7 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Steve Foster, Stevie Winton, Sid Miles, Keith Pullum, Steve Holloway, and Don Prater.
