The Funeral Service for Cathryn Cantrell Wells, age 89 of Athens, will be Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 2 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Everette Conn and Ralph Gregg officiating. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, October 6, 2014 from 6-9 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wells died Saturday, October 4th at Athens Limestone Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, David R. Wells.
She is survived by her son, Douglas Wells of Athens; daughter, Claudine W. Gregg of Athens; brother Robert Cantrell of Oklahoma; grandchild, David Clark Gregg and wife Robin of Madison, AL; great-grandchildren, Ashlyn Gregg, Taylor Gregg, and Amy Gregg
Pallbearers will be Mark Cantrell, Toney Sexton, Dick Cantrell, Gary Patel, William Cantrell, and Robin Cantrell
