Mr. Parmley passed away Thursday September 14, 2017 at his residence.
He was born February 12, 1952 in Tampa, FL, to Weldon and Frances Parmley.
Mr. Parmley worked at Insurance Auto Auction, Inc., for 27 years attended Elkton Baptist Church, who loved being around people. He was a family man. He loved bird watching, yard saleing, motorcycle rallies and was on a pool league.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, one brother Ronnie Parmley, and one nephew Scott Parmley.
He is survived by his son Donald Dee Parmley, Jr. ”D.J.”; one daughter Angela Lowrance “Angie”; two brothers Billy Parmley, and Buford Parmley; two sisters Sarah Kerry and Kathy Link; 8 grandchildren Christopher Parmley, Deondre Parmley, Eric Parmley, Leah Knox, Nathan Parmley, Justin Lowrance, Ashley Lowrance, and Kelcee Lowrance.
