Funeral service will be Friday, February 10, 2017 at 2 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Mike Webster officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will be at Lebanon Cemetery.
Mr. Haggard was born January 25, 1958 in Limestone County to Delmer Haggard and Lorene Walden Haggard.
He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and one sister.
Survivors include: two daughters, Jessica Danielle and Courtney Jade Haggard both of Decatur; three sisters, Bonnie Barnes and husband Bobby, Helen Barnes and husband Roger all of Athens; Janie Morrison and husband Eugene of Manchester, TN; two brothers, Donald Haggard and wife Debbie, and Leroy Haggard all of Athens; one grandson, one granddaughter, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Nick Smith, Bubba Hughes, Anthony Carter, Carl Haggard, Robin Haggard, Moe Evans, and Donnie Haggard.
