Mickey Lynn Martin

Mr. Martin was born November 11, 1952 in Limestone County, AL to Thomas Benton Martin and Mildred Leona Martin.

He is preceded into death by his parents, and one brother Wayne Martin.

Mr. Martin was a member of Capshaw Baptist Church. He was one of the Founding members of East Limestone Fire Department. Mickey was an avid hunter, fisherman, and Alabama Football Fan.

Mr. Martin was supportive of his grandchildren’s activities at East Limestone High school including fishing team, football, quarterback club, FFA, farming, baseball, Alabama Legends travel ball team and many other activities. He was a simple man and friend to all.

Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years Delilah Martin, two sons Michael Martin (Cheri), Scott Martin (Brooke), six grandchildren Leah Billbe (Tim) Matthew Martin (Averee), Luke Martin, Lilah Martin, Lane Martin and Mason Martin, three great grandchildren William Billbe, Wesley Martin, and Aiden Billbe, one sister in law, Vickie Edgil (Bill), several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Coco.

Visitation and Celebration of Life will be Saturday April 15. 2023 at Fairview Baptist Church from 4:00-6:00 P.M.
