There will be a graveside service at Roselawn Cemetery Sat. June 11, 2016 at 4 p.m. with Reverend Joy Chalissery officiating. Visitation will be Sat. at McConnell Funeral Home from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Mrs. Harper was born May 20, 1923 in Pennsylvania to Charles Edward Reilly and Effie Hahn Reilly. She served in World War II as a sergeant in the U.S. Army. She went to LPN school in Jackson, MS. She worked as Dr. Waddell’s nurse in Athens, and she worked at Limestone Health Facility as an office manager until she retired.
She is survived by two nieces, Sandra K. Fox and Judith A. Mikalakus both of Morrison, FL., and a host of loving friends.
Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Orbie B. Harper, one daughter, Carol Ann Weatherbee, and one sister, Connie Wood.
