Visitation will be Friday January 13, 2012 from 5-6:30 P.M.
Mr. Davis died Sunday January 8, 2012 at Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Davis was born October 4, 1938 in Limestone County to William Nolan Davis and Jemima Tekla Davis.
Mr. Davis is preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Davis is survived by his wife Betty Beach Davis; three daughters Belinda Davis Adams and husband Jerry; Tamara Tammy Davis Rector and husband Troy; Susan Davis Blakely and husband Eugene; all of Athens, AL; one son William Charles Davis Gilley of Decatur, AL; eight grandchildren Heather Adams, Jeremy Adams, Joshua Adams, Frankie Terry, Emmalee Terry, Janna Rector, Derrick Blakely, Drew Blakely; and three great grandchildren.
