A native of Clarke County, GA, Mr. Felts was the son of the late Ernest Wayne Felts Sr and Bobbie Jean Magner Felts and was a plumber.
Survivors include daughters, Andrea Jasmine Felts and Jalynn Brianna Felts; brothers, Charlie Felts, Randy Felts, Danny Felts, and Ernie Felts, and sister, Angie Felts.
Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday, August 22nd in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Brother Timothy Copeland officiating. Interment will follow at Bethabara Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2PM prior to the service.
