A native of Natchez, MS, Mrs. Bromwell was a daughter of the late Therrell Woodward and Elizabeth Mackey Woodward. She was a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church since 1972, where she sang in the choir and participated in the Chapelwood UMW.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Bromwell.
Survivors include daughters, Carol Ann Bromwell and Jannelle Bromwell, both of Athens; brother, John Lamar Woodward of Hot Springs Village, AR; sisters, Patricia Woodward Newsom of Jacksonville, AR, Bonnie Woodward (Sonny) of Natchez, MS and Kathleen Woodward Clay (Steve) of Florence, MS; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 20 at 2 p.m. at Chapelwood United Methodist Church.
