Mrs. Burroughs was born February 16, 1934, daughter of the late G.M. Berryman and Neily M Berryman, and was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Pritchett and brother, Ed Berryman. She retired from the University of Georgia and was a member of Hull Baptist Church. Mrs. Burroughs was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.

Survivors include her loving husband, Fred Wayne Burroughs; daughter, Kim Burroughs Little; son, Philip Wayne Burroughs; grandchildren, Erin Little, Amanda Little, and Clint Little; sisters, Gretel Cronic, Margaret Hansford, Darline Anderson, and Peggy Berryman, and brothers, Ferald Berryman, Junious Berryman, Coke Berryman, and Ray Berryman.
A graveside service will be held 2PM Sunday, October 3rd at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev Jerry Little officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Saturday, October 2nd at Bernstein Funeral Home.
