

A native of Sandy Cross, Mr. Bryant was the son of the late Brady Lint Bryant and Martha Jane Paul Bryant and was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Jimmie Lee Broach Bryant, grandson, Scott Browitt; brother, James Bryant and sister, Beatrice Bryant. He was a member and deacon of Sandy Cross Baptist Church. Mr. Bryant retired from Westinghouse after 27 years of dedicated service as a machinist.
Survivors include sons, Brady Lee Bryant and wife, Nellie Faye of Snellville, GA and Benjamin Broach Bryant and wife, Glenda Faye of Watkinsville; daughter, Tracey Lynn King and husband, Steven Bryson King of Winterville; brother, Paul H. Bryant; sisters, Marie Scarborough, Willadean Curry, Marjorie Maxey, and Tiney Nell Williams; grandchildren, Teresa Sneed, Nicole Moore, Tonya Bryant, Brian Chatham, Beth Stidham, Ben Bryant, Linda Cummings, Brady Bryant, Sue Bryant, Pam Cicinero, Mike Browitt, Bryson King, and Kamryn King; 42 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, September 1st in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Terry James officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12-1PM prior to the service at Bernstein.
Mr. Bryant was a loving, caring, and generous person who will be deeply missed by all that knew him. His family members wish to thank the staff of Winterville Retirement Center and Compassionate Hospice for their loving care and support.
